I am obviously getting more and more excited about
BlogHer ’09 In Real Life
So many faces to meet, people to Poken and parties to dress up for. This is the red carpet of blogging conferences or so I hear. Where will you find me at you ask? Patience, Patience I will get to that. But first I must tell you about a new little accessory that I will be sporting at BlogHer ’09.
Isn’t she a doll. Thanks to Start Poken, I am ready to Poken with the best of them at BlogHer. Pokenis the new business card. With every “high 4” you exchange pretty much all your virtual networking information. Once you receive your poken you simply plug it in to your usb port and it will be easy as pie to set up. Trust me if I can do it so can you.
Once you have connected it you will open the file that comes with it and that will take you to a web page where you will register your poken and add all your networking information. Think Twitter, Skype, LinkedIn, E-mail, etc. Everyone else that has a poken will do the same thing and then when you “high 4” someone you will receive their information and they will get yours.
Each Poken will hold up to 64 contacts at a time before you need to clear your Poken. To add your contacts to your Pokendress Book simply connect back to your usb and follow the necessary steps then you are ready to get 64 more. This is going to be the business card of the future. Be ready for BlogHer and get your poken today. Head over to Start Poken and Roger will take care of you. Tell him Toni sent you 🙂
Now we move onto the parties. I must say I am excited for the parties not only because I will get to show up in the gorgeous cocktail dresses I just recieved. Here are a few of the parties I will be attending:

Not to mention there are at least 10 more public and invite only parties that I am trying to squeeze in. My poor little iCal (the calendar on my MacBook) is about as jammed full as it can get I think. One can wonder if she will survive the weekend, I may be dead on my flight back but I will have a wonderful time, meet some awesome people and learn quite a bit I am sure. This is sure to be an exciting.

Holy crap, is it really only 13 days? I got my ticket this week and I'm BEYOND thrilled to be going. I'm still scrounging for sponsorships though and figuring out left from right and up from down when it comes to parties.
