Facebook gets the new timeline, now Twitter has a new look. Lot of fresh new looks going around the social media places. Here are a few more shots of different areas. Up there is the main screen when you log in. On the right is the stream, on the left if the popular topics along with your following/followers number. You can type a tweet right into the little box or click the little blue square to create a new tweet as well.
That up there is your screen when you go into your follower or following area. You can also go into edit your profile, see your personal tweets as well as lists and favorites.
That is what you get when you hit the discover tab!
You can use the above drop down menu to go straight to your profile along with some other settings such as keyboard shortcuts. You can get to your messages as well. You can click onto each photo to make it bigger and see it a bit better.

I’m not seeing any change on Twitter?? Is the new look not available to everyone yet?
I am not sure Kari, that’s a great question. Trish (below this comment) said she’s had it for a few weeks so I am assuming they are slowly rolling it out.
Mine switched over to the new layout a few weeks ago and I HATED it at first. It didn’t feel familiar at all. But I’ve come to really like a lot of the new features. It just took some getting used to 🙂
I was definitely caught off guard when I logged in lOL but realized I actually liked it after a few minutes. I can see it taking some getting used to for sure.
I don’t know if I would even have noticed, I never use Twitter.com, I use Tweetdeck but thanks for the headsup!
I’ve had the new look for a few weeks as well. I still can’t get use to it and have to keep hunting for the things I want to do.
WHY do these sites (Facebook, Twitter and Stumble Upon) have to keep changing. Just leave things alone and we’d get along better.
Sometimes I detest change. LOL.
Again? I didn’t notice it, but they keep changing.
I am usually on and off Twitter in a few minutes. How did I not notice this? Although maybe they’re rolling it out in stages. Maybe I don’t have this yet on my profile.

I’m slowly getting used to all the new looks and changes. I suppose I will like them once they start feeling more familiar.

I thought this was what everyone’s page looked like. I had no clue it was slowly rolling out.
I wish I could switch my sidebar to the right and tweets to the left. I like it that way.
Other than that, I like it.
I think the switch on side is the enw look b/c I didn’t change anything just appeared like that one day when I logged in.
My twitter still looks normal!
