Oh, Friday the 13th was my favorite! I’m still terrified that Jason is lurking somewhere in my backyard, just waiting to scare the beejeebers out of me! I’m a child of the 80’s so I love all the movies you’ve suggested!

I’ve seen all of those except the first three, because I just won’t patronize any kind of film which exploits the idea of teenage girls being slashed to ribbons.
The Others is one of my fave films of all time. When I saw Poltergeist, people were screaming out loud in the cinema. I watched Psycho on TV, from behind the sofa. When you include The Haunting, I assume you mean the 1963 original, not the dreadful 1999 remake. Didi you see Stephen King in a brief cameo role in Pet Semetary?
You’ve got to watch The Grudge and The Grudge 2! I also agree with The Exorcist. But I can’t watch that movie by myself EVER.
