Sleep is very important in the life of anyone I would like to go one step further and say extra important in the life of a mom. After all when you run a household, work a part time job and have to run after kids if you aren’t getting enough sleep well then you are going to be gripey and short tempered and really who is that fair too. Not to mention your poor unsuspecting spouse has no idea why you are being so snippy and telling him “Not tonight” for the hundredth time.
I can with most certainty guess this mood is due to lack of sleep. I know it is with me.
