Ready To Make Some Labor Day Memories #99SummerDays #HebrewNational

We are gearing up for some Labor Day fun!  While we will be on the road headed home on actual Labor Day, we have some grand plans to have a lot of fun this week leading up to it.  Thanks to a provided stipend we have been able to have a Labor Day week to remember.  My family headed down to Orlando for an end of summer bash, a way to go out with memories galore.

After stocking up on supplies for the Labor Day weekend cookout we put the rest of our plans into motion. Check out a few of the staples we picked up:

Hebrew National Hot Dogs

Don’t those grill marks look delish! Knowing we were going to have happy tummies, this week, it was time to get to vacationing.  We have a week full of theme parks in store and will be enjoying some tasty treats Labor Day weekend (and obviously a few times before) courtesy of Hebrew National. Our Labor Day week and weekend, we are making memories at places like Disney World and Universal Orlando.

Labor Day Vacation

We have been riding rides, playing games and having a ton of fun already! And we’ve only been here a few days.  We still have 4 more days of good times left.  A favorite activity of the kids has been enjoying (and will definitely enjoy when during our Labor Day weekend cookout) is swimming in the pool.  We only have a few more weeks of warm left, so they are definitely taking advantage of the good weather…

One of the things I am looking forward to noshing on (again) at our Labor Day weekend cookout is my pepper dog.  I say again, because for this post I just had to make and eat one so I could show you how yummy it looks.   Yes, yes, it’s a hard job but it must be done…I’m not complaining and neither are my kids.  The pepper dog is such a simple way to enjoy a hot dog, especially if you like some spicy goodness.

Hot Pepper Dog

It’s so easy…simply cook your Hebrew National all beef (or 97% fat free all beef) frank according to package instructions.  I prefer cooking them on the grill, seriously, a hot dog with grill marks just tastes better to me.  Once cooked, put in bun, top with favorite hot sauce, bell peppers, and pepperocinis. Can a good meal get any more simple? It is one of the ways I will be eating mine this weekend along with my guacamole dog.

As we wrap up our summer, the kids just want to show you how much fun they have been having.  They are jumping for joy over the fun we are having and tasty food we will have during our Labor Day weekend cookout using Hebrew National Beef Franks…

This mom is jumping for joy because even her picky eaters love Hebrew National and I can feel good about giving them the all beef franks.  Be sure to share the reasons you love Hebrew National over on their facebook page for a chance to win free franks!
