Cheddar’s Scratch Kitchen Wants Us All To Inspire Goodness + $50 Gift Card Giveaway

*This conversation is brought to you by Cheddar’s Scratch Kitchen. All opinions are my own.**

I am pretty lucky in the fact that I am surrounded by people, every day, who ultimately inspire me. Here are just a very few of the people who inspire goodness in me every day:

My husband. He is such a loving husband. He works so hard to provide for our family that he inspires me to work harder, even when it’s not always easy.

My parents. They are always just a phone call away for family and friends. When someone is in need, they are usually the first to be there to help. They inspire me to be the kind of person people call when they need a friend.

My kids. My kids know how to have fun, they inspire me to keep a positive outlook and always find the fun in every situation

My mom (even though I already said parents). She is a fighter. A two-time breast cancer survivor, she has taught me that even in the most difficult of times, just to push through. To fight.

My aunt. She is one of the hardest workers I know. She has vision, she can picture how she wants something to be, and she sets out to do it. She inspires me to be more creative, to see the bigger picture.

I could go on and on about how many people in my life (both family and friends) inspire goodness in me.

A few weeks ago, my family headed to Cheddar’s Scratch Kitchen to celebrate how we all Inspire Goodness. We got to sit and enjoy each other’s company and share stories that made us feel good.

We love Cheddar’s Scratch Kitchen because, just like the stories make us feel good, so does their made from scratch food. Check out some of the dishes we enjoyed during our conversations that night.

We enjoyed the new Sweet and Spicy Shrimp, Chicken Lettuce Wraps and old favorite, Spinach Artickoke Dip for starters. All three appetizers were delicious.

For our main meals, we grabbed some shrimp, steak, fish and of course their famous Pina Colada (though I swap regular rum for coconut run for some extra tropical vibes)

We loved getting to talk and visit at Cheddar’s. Of course, good food and fun moments with family are the perfect way to….

Goodness is everywhere – in our families, in our jobs, in our friendships, even in the foods we eat (seriously, did you see what we enjoyed on our trip to Cheddar’s Scratch Kitchen in the photos above…yum!).

Today, it seems like there is so much in our lives and online that drag us down and hold us back or make us want to give up. I don’t know about you, but I would much rather see positive and be inspired. What if we all worked together to fill the world with goodness – with stories that inspire us to do good and to see the good in the world.

Why not help Inspire Goodness by joining the conversation with Cheddar’s Scratch Kitchen and you will even have the chance to win big! I am inspired by my hubby who works tirelessly to support our family. I am also inspired by my children. My oldest who was a single mom after a difficult marriage and had the courage to trust again and love again. My middle one who works many hours as a nanny/ babysitter and is still willing to work pro bono for mom’s in need or just for a special night. My youngest and his bride who are foster parents and run a coffeehouse that raises awareness and funds for foster care and adoption.

My mother inspires me. She has taken care of my father, brother, and I although she is chronically ill. She never missed a single school event we were apart of and always helped others. Whether she’s paying for a stranger’s groceries or feeding kids in need, she always did so with a smile on her face. She’s such an incredibly loving person.

My partner inspires goodness in me because he is such a nice and caring person. He gives people rides to work for free out of his own money when he can even though he don’t make a lot of money. That’s like a 7 to 14 dollar service in my town. He does it free.
