So go subscribe and now you won’t have to keep up with it in a reader, my posts come right to your inbox ๐
Anyone have any words of advice for when I do and who in the world can I get to help me make the move? What hoster do you think is the best and why? How in the world do I keep my design (or at least similar if that makes sense)? Also will it mess up my feed subscribers that subscribe in a reader? Will I lose them and the email subscribers will they be lost?
You see I have a ton of questions with no one to answer them LOL. I just love the way wordpress has the magazine style template with so many articles on the front page, but I am so scared to switch after seeing some of the horror stories involved.
So now I want your opinion and answers to the above questions. I would be forever indebted and oh yeah one more thing…WHO ALL IS GOING TO BLOGHER????? WOOT WOOT, CAN’T WAIT TO MEET YOU ALL THAT ARE!

This is the best webhost I have found – http://ucwebhost.com/clients/aff.php?aff=168657
That’s actually mine and they are awesome! 100% uptime guaranteed and the few times they have been down, they have credited my account. They are used to us digiscrappers using a huge amount of resources. :o)
Here’s a decent article on moving over – http://www.clazh.com/move-from-blogger-to-wordpress-and-maintain-permalinks-and-traffic/
Still need to find the work around for you if you have more to import than it lets you – or maybe they’ve changed that since I moved over a year and a half ago or so.
Good luck!

I wish I could help you…wp confuses me to no end!
I have been thinking of switching over to WordPress as well, but am a little scared to. So far I haven’t found a good site that lists the pros and cons to the move.
I have no words of encouragement really, but I often think of switching myself. It’s a big decision, and I too am scared to actually do it!
I hope someone has something more insightful to say for you!
I found the name of the host I’m using. It’s Total Choice Hosting. It’s only $4 a month. ๐
I transferred my blog & my daughters from Blogger to WordPress. It's super easy, but it's also fully explained in the Dummies book on WordPress.
The only problems that I experienced with the transfer had to do with photos, but I resolved or ignored those issues.
WordPress has a list of recommended hosts, see http://wordpress.org/hosting/
I'm using DreamHost and my daughter is using BlueHost. They're both excellent, but I prefer DreamHost as it seems easier to use it for FT uploads. Both provide one step installations, and support to guide you on your way.
I had a hard enough time importing one blogger blog to another blogger blog!
hmmm why doesn’t blogger have an upgrade option -they are missing out!
I just started momactive.com on wordpress and I’m thinking it is pretty cool – but the amount of work already invested in my personal site … it would kill me if I had to start over! lol
I moved mine over to wordpress over a year ago and love it! Feedburner will keep all of your subscribers – and there’s a wordpress plug-in that makes sure they all stay together for you (Feedburner Feedsmith plug-in). I’m hosted through my hubby’s company, so no help there – but good luck!
And I’ll see you at BlogHer… ๐
I’m hosting with Total Choice Hosting along with Miranda. After you get your host setup and all it can be really easy to do all the rest.
Cute purse! Great cards, and I love momagenda too!
I wish I were going to Blogher! Not this time around ๐
I left you some bloggy luv at my blog today. Come by and visit if you can ๐
I’m thinking about switching too. Mine will be a lot easier since there are only two months worth of posts but still.
I did read a post at mom on the run and she offered to help make the switch for a small fee

I love the message, I have a thing for purses too but I am really picky
