Alex started sleeping through the night at 5 months old. Of course, he would wake up with teething but if we gave him his orajel, he would go right back to sleep.
Let’s hope the next baby learns to sleep well too.

When I was in highschool and on a vacation I had a summer romance. Well I convinced the boy for the whole vacation that I was british. Until the last night we played truth or dare and my friend made my Truth to tell him. LOL.

Oh Gabs didnt sleep through the night until a year. She still gets up randomly.

What parents won’t do to have a child sleep through the night! It has ‘only’ been 20+ years but both of our kids did it around 6 months…probably due to adding powdered baby food to their formula. HA!

My kids started sleeping through the night pretty early! They have been pretty easy kiddos though!

It was different for all 3 kids. TJ was about 14months? I think it was after he finished nursing, he decided no point in getting up.
AJ still gets up, he’s all about the “mom and dad can give me ALL their attention now, because everyone else is asleep” ๐Ÿ™‚ He’s been known to roll into the wall of his room and wake up butnot wake up. He also has allergies that keep him up.
MJ? he was my winner!!! he nursed to 23months, and he is a thumbsucker so he was able to self comfort earlier. Well I think that’s why? He was 6months and I woke up in a puddle. ๐Ÿ™‚

Okay I was feeling bad that my son just turned 7 months and isn’t sleeping through the night. So I am not feeling bad anymore. Two of my children slept through the night at around 3 months. My oldest daughter didn’t sleep through until around a year. She is my only baby that would nurse. congratulations on a goodnight sleep!

Jon and Kate – well I only watched the show once. All the screaming just got to me. I didn’t find it enjoyable because of that. Also when they were being interviewed on the couch every thing he said she would correct him or contradict him. Isn’t this the second time he’s been caught? He would have been gone the first time.

Sleeping through the night. Well since my daughter is 24 now I just couldn’t tell you. I can tell you that my grandson was sleeping all the way through the night at 3 months!

I love your thought about “big pieces of crap”!

As for Jon and Kate – it’s doomed. It’s time to get those kids off TV before they’re really messed up!

My kiddos slept through the night pretty easily – except for the occasional waking up. Congrats on you finally getting some sleep!

My kids have been sleeping through the night since they were about 8-12 weeks old. My oldest sleep walks…but generally goes back to his own bed. My kids are super great.

I've been very lucky with my kids, they were both exclusively breastfed and we didn't do any sleep training but my oldest started sleeping 12 hours a night at 10 weeks. My youngest was sleeping 8 hours a night by about 6 weeks. But now at a year she usually gets up once around 11pm to breastfeed. I don't mind though since I'm always up anyways.

I feel bad for Jon & Kate. It's got to be harder on them with not only 8 kids, but with the media. they've got people outside their home watching them 24/7. I feel bad for the kids. One day their gonna wonder whether or not all the family vacations, toys, clothes and other promotional free stuff they got was worth the price of a broken family
