Treating The Veteran In My Life To Some Goodies Found At Murphy USA

I may not have much to give back to the service men & women but this Veteran’s Day I wanted to show a little appreciation to one of the Veteran’s in my life, my Papa. These people who serve our country have done so much. So on Veteran’s Day I decided to treat my Papa to some goodies.

I packed myself up and headed to Murphy USA to pick up some sweet treats. After a quick run into Walmart where I treated myself to some white fudge covered cookies (there is something with me and these shops that I always end up with those cookies), I jumped back in my car to head to my Murphy USA.

Lots of deals at Murphy, you can see them all in my Google + story! Coca-Cola products are 2 for $2.22 that’s $1.11 each, no where else has them in that size for the same price. You can pick up some theater candy for less than at the theater…stock your purse. King sized candy bars are where I am headed.

Tempted by the chips that were 2/$2.00, I scoured, I was saved since they had no salt and vinegar flavor. A woman shopping in a store full of snacks can be a dangerous thing. I grabbed up a coca-cola classic  followed by a king sized peanut butter cup and king sized chocolate bar, I was set to deliver the treats to my Papa.

Unfortunately my phone died on the way to deliver the goodies but not before I snapped the way I decorated the treats.

My Papa the veteran, smiled the smile I love and I am sure he is enjoying the goodies I was able to pick up for him at Murphy USA.
