There are so many things to be thankful for as we approach Thanksgiving. Friends, family, and of course our pets. It’s so easy to overlook the fur babies when you are celebrating with friends and family over Thanksgiving, but this year let’s remember to Treat The Pups! I have a super easy “From Our Paws To Yours…Happy Thanksgiving” craft that will have the furry friends thankful to have you as an owner this Thanksgiving! After all, who wouldn’t want to show these faces just how thankful they are to have them?
This craft is so easy, and filled with treats that your doggie will be so thankful for. This is great to give to guests, who come over for thanksgiving, to give to their doggies too! All you do is pick up some loaf cups, they are like cupcake liners but they are actually shaped like a bone. Pick up your favorite Milkbone treats and put into the loaf cups. Print out the free Thanksgiving printable, cut out, and add to the assembled treat “bone”.
It’s such an easy way to let the doggies in on the Thanksgiving festivities! Here is the adorable Thanksgiving printable (click to open to full size):
You don’t have to get all fancy to let your pets know you are thankful for them, this cost effective craft is something they will love.
The best part for me, as the maker, is all the things I need are available at Walmart! In fact, if you are looking for more DIY Thanksgiving Pet projects be sure to check out the Treat The Pups Page that is full of fun ideas! You’ll be able to find ideas using not only Milk Bone like we did, but also other Big Heart Pet Brands like Milo’s Kitchen, and Pup-peroni.
So, this Thanksgiving, be sure to Treat The Pups! They will be so very thankful you did! How will you treat your pups??
