I am a mom who is so busy, that some nights I need something quick, for us that means a crockpot meal. Something I can put on after I get them off to school and it’s ready for dinner. Especially the nights they all have sports practices at different times. One has to be there at 6-7:30 and another 7:15-8:45, if I waited for a time that would work for all of us those nights we wouldn’t be eating until 9 p.m. Those are the nights slow cooker meals are just what we need. Thanks to some awesome bloggers who gave me permission to use their photos, I have a roundup of 20 Slow Cooker Recipes for those busy nights (or just those nights you don’t feel like standing over the stove)!
Southwestern Style Chicken Enchilada Soup

Crockpot Cheesy Vegetable Soup

Slow Cooker Chicken Tacos With Peach Salsa

BBQ Beer Chicken Sliders

Cream Cheese and Salsa Chicken

Cheesy Pizza Dip

I hope these are some ideas you can make on your busy nights just like I plan too. I have a feeling this sports season we will be eating a lot of slow cooker (or crockpot, whichever you like to call it) meals with our busy schedules.
What are some of your favorite slow cooker meals??

Oh wow some of those look soooo good!
I think I could eat all of those! Thanks for sharing.
Those sound freaking AWESOME!
I use the slow cooker once or twice a week all year around. It really helps save time during those busy afternoons.
I love my crockpot and fall and winter, because that’s when I use it the most! Will be trying a lot of these recipes!
Ah, so many delicious looking dinners!! That chicken enchalda soup! Yumm!
I am determined to make something in my slow cooker this week… I have two of them at this point and haven’t used one in about 10 years. These recipes will be a great starting place.
I don’t have a slow cooker, but looking at these recipes – esp the lentil and sausage – has be wanting one so much! I”m just too afraid to leave the slow cooker while I’m away or overnight, that doesn’t leave me much time spans. But time to get a slow cooker – these are all the recipes I’ve been wanting to make!
I made the Southwest chicken Enchilada Soup and I would love to make it again. The recipe will not pull up on the web site. How can I get it?
