Well now I have just lost a ton of respect for Jim Carrey. Â I actually loved the guy before but a few of his latest tweets have kinda pissed me off to be frank. Â I am sure you all know of the whole Tiger Woods mess and if like me tired of hearing of it. Â Well after Carrey’s tweets I am going to talk one moment about it and then move along. Â I saw the following tweets on Carrey’s stream:
Okay so that one is more or less about Tiger and what he gave up, well not to bad right? Â However I WAS STEAMING when I read this next one…

Was that really necessary to tweet?? Â You don’t know that she knew anything, you are assuming. Â Then again you did play God in one of your movies so maybe you think you know all. Â Poor Elin, is dealing with all the hurt and humiliation of the situation, isn’t that bad enough. Â Then to say she had to know because of how many people there were. Â Did it ever occur to you Mister transparent that maybe some people (Tiger Woods and seemingly Jesse James) are just good liars?
Though I guess he got some backlash because he followed it up with this tweet:
Well so glad to know you don’t condone infidelity but I guess you do condone bashing the women who are on the receiving end. Heaven forbid it be completely the guys fault right. Â For those idiotic tweets I have an award especially for you, the first ever of it’s kind here on A Daily Dose, and who knows maybe down the road someone will outdo you and take the crown but for now you are king:

Don’t blame the woman for the man’s mistake (or if the situation were reversed vice versa). Â I wonder had it been reversed if you would have tweeted that about Tiger. Â I am going to think probably not. Â Shame on you Jim Carrey, shame on you.

Oh she very well may walk away from Tiger but she may stay and yes people will wonder if she does end up staying. But would you have not been offended if people said you were partly to blame for your ex’s cheating. God knows I would have!

Some men are great liars some of my exes for example and if ANYONE says I was to blame or I stayed and knew without knowing for sure, I will have a lot to say to them. So it’s very very easy to not know UNLESS you are with your husband 24 hours of EVERY single day.
I have to say I kind of agree. If your husband has an affair or a mistress, I could see that maybe he’s a very good liar and you were completely in the dark. If your husband has 15+ mistresses, well, that’s probably not the only thing wrong in that relationship. Not that she’s to blame, but seriously…there must have been some clues in his personality somewhere.

Well not necessarily since he was always traveling kwim, maybe if he was a regular joe schmo but he was always gone so it would have been very easy or him to lie. Or that’s what I think anyways.

HAHAHA! Toni, When I read this I was thinking the same thing, what a world-class d-bag. Do we say the wife was cooperating when she is beaten? Or when he hides money from her? How is this any different? Just b/c there are a lot of mistresses doesnt make it any easier for her to find out. A man like Tiger has a lot of meetings and practices and whatever for all his products ans sports stuff. There are limitless excuses for him to sneak away. OH TRUE THAT! Very good analogy would we blame her if she was being beaten or the money part. I agree 100% it was in NO WAY her fault and I really don’t think she knew, I think he was gone so much and he was an excellent liar
