There is so much to learn on Pinterest. You can get new recipes, get new crafts, get decorating ideas. I mean really the ideas are endless.
I have seen so many things I want to try. I have seen dream homes, princess beds, fashion to die for. The possibilites are non-stop and yours truly put some of that Pinterest DIY to work this morning. I finally found something I could not stop myself from doing and I have pinterest to thank for the sudden “need” to do this. I had not thought of doing something like this in years and there it was taunting me on Pinterest. In my head the Pinterest devil saying “You used to be so good at this, I bet you couldn’t do it now if your life depended on it“. Setting out to prove the voice inside my head wrong I grabbed my supplies and created my masterpieces.
DIY AT IT’S BEST FOLKS!!
THE ARROW NOTE! YOU ARE CREAM OF THE CROP IF YOU CAN DO THIS!
I remember passing many a notes like this to friends and boyfriends in high school. The better it was folded the cooler the note was even if it really said nothing cool at all LOL. Had I not been on Pinterest this morning I would not have had this 20 minute folding extravaganza on my desk (I won’t show you all the other’s I did because I might have to pretend to be ashamed). However, I do have lots of pretty pages with nothing written on them, who wants to pass notes around???!!! Ahh Pinterest the memories you bring back!
I’m gonna have to pass on my knowledge to my kids so they can be cool like mom! Did you do the cool folding of notes when you were in school?
*Don’t forget to follow me on Pinterest..out of all the DIY and crafts this is what I chose to do on Pinterest, I never said I was normal, but I am fun!

Love that site! Need to find more time for it.
I so hope and can start having more time soon to spend on Pinterest. I just haven’t been able to fool with it enough to get the most out of it, yet.

AH! Where was Pinterest when I was in jr. high?!? I had to spend forever making cute designs with markers to make up for the fact that I couldn’t do a SINGLE cool fold!
I totally folded notes in school but I don’t think none of them were that fancy LOL!
YES! I certainly had folding notes down to an art. What memories!
Heck yes I could fold notes! I wonder if I still could. These days it’s all texting instead of writing. At least that saves paper.
That is cute! I just had an email come over that said my daughter is following me on Pinterest, to funny!
OK that cracked me up!
That just brought back a flood of fun memories.
