My question for today is:
If you could pick any era to live in which would it be and why?
For me it would have been the 50’s. You have Elvis, poodle skirts, awesome cars…really what more could you ask for :). Happy Friday everyone!

I think the 50’s would be my answer as well for the same reasons you gave 🙂 but also because the 50’s seemed like a time of innocence. And of course, no computers, cell phones, and all the other technology to take our focus away from the family unit. People were talking with one another and writing letters, not texting and emailing.
Have a wonderful Mother’s day!
It would have to be the one we're in right now ~ because of all the technologies we have that make this world an amazing place! (I might want to just visit briefly the Roman age and wear those togas and have vines & flowers in my hair??!!)
I’m exactly where i would want to live. Coastal Sunny SoCal 🙂
I think I’m pretty happy living now. I like computers and other technology. I don’t really care for Victorian stuff. Yay I’m good here.
Even though I lived it, the 70’s were a lot of fun. Everything was simpler and the music was better.
This is a rather difficult question. I adore the fashions of the 30s-40s, yet lack of womens lib and modern technology would probably drive me crazy, or maybe not. A simpler time might be want I yearn for.
I loved the 80’s, the music, the long haired singers with the tight pants(Def Leppard)mmm.. lol and the huge earrings.
hmmm….i think i would want to live around 1900-1910ish. i love america then. everything about it. and i would even want to live through the 20’s and 30’s and the great depression. such a simple time. difficult, but simple. i’ll take that over the difficult and insane bit we have going in today’s era.
I would love to live in the Little House On the Prairie days — So simple back then.
I think I’d go ack to the 70’s only be a bit older than I was back in the 70’s I’d like to be late teens in the 70’s as life was much for simply. The clothing style would be right on track since we are reliving it now. Definately the 70’s.
I think the 50’s sound fun!
I had always known my family bootlegged alcohol…but I recently found out my great-grandma was “buddies” with Al Capone. I think I would have wanted to live then and there cuz life was so exciting for them!
I like this decade too. But it would be nice to go back a few years knowing what I know no. I could have made some money on the stock market
I think to be a teen in the 80s would have been cool. To see some of those concerts would have beeen awesome.
My present is the best time and future will be desired time I would love to live in
I think I have to go with the 50’s too – the music, the clothes, oh my!
