If you recall, I shared the recipe my grandmother gave me for Christmas Chex Mix and promised I would share photos when I got them. Today my kids and I made a half batch so here are the photos of the process. For full recipe please see post linked above!
Start by pouring the ingredients in one by one: peanuts, M&M’s, pretzels, cheerios, and chex cereal (we use the rice):





Next add your vegetable oil to the white chocolate chips and microwave:


Pour into mixture and mix well:


Voila! Just lay it out on wax paper to cool and then enjoy!

Yum yum yum! My mom makes a white chocolate chex mix but it only has chex and craisins…we’re simple like that!
I’d say it’s time to add a little extra yummies in, I may have to make mine with craisins added, b/c I love those! never thought to add them but now I will 🙂
