In exactly four days, I will load my crew up, and we are Florida bound. We will drive all night and get there Saturday morning. Okay, so when I say we, I mean my husband will drive all night while we all sleep (yes it is a hard life for me I know).
When we get there we are going to my favorite Thai restaurant to eat (my mouth is watering just thinking about it). The sticky rice, the tom yum soup, the Thai beef salad and waterfall lop all spiced to perfection. And to top it all off as if the taste isn’t reason enough alone, it is good for you too! Who knew good food could taste so good, and my kids would enjoy eating it.
Then Saturday night and all day Sunday we will go to the conference at my church for an awesome service. We will dedicate my daughter on Sunday morning. Yes, I know she is two but I have not found a home church here so we will do it where I feel at home. And by the way if you want to listen to the Sunday night service live and hear how wonderful this church is just visit www.jubileeintl.org/homepage.htm, and there is a link to listen live (it is only Sunday nights). The service starts at six my time (which is seven eastern time).
Now all I have to do is try to keep my laundry caught up and the house clean, so I don’t have to rush on the day we leave. I will take lots of pictures and post them when I get back.
