Well, did you figure it out, what do they have in common? ME!!!
Next month, I will be hopping a plane to LA to join 24 other bloggers for a whirlwind trip that, well, may be the new first place winner on my blog trip list.
Picture this, you see bloggers from all over the U.S. being invited to attend the red carpet premiere of Thor: The Dark World and you are super excited for them (albiet a bit envious inside) and ready to follow along online.
A few days later you are in a store, shopping, because you love to shop, when you look down to see you missed a call. You listen to a voicemail and return the call. You get to chat with one of your favorite reps and then that rep says “Well the reason I called was to see if you would like to attend the red carpet premiere of Thor“. You stop breathing, and then you become very unprofessional and squeal….into the phone…while the rep has to listen to you. Then you try to regain any ounce of composure one should have while trying talking to a rep, not fully succeeding.
That, friends, was my Friday evening. I probably should be cringing at the amount of excitement the rep got to hear come out of me, but I am not. Why? Because I am going to the RED CARPET PREMIERE of Thor: The Dark World! In LA, where all the celebrities will be! Not only that but I will be interviewing Tom Hiddleston (Loki) and Jamie Alexander (Sif).
As if that isn’t exciting enough, we will also be sitting down with Vince Vaughn and Chris Pratt from the upcoming movie, Delivery Man. This movie trailer has had me cracking up every time I see it. I am thrilled to get to sit down with the two main characters from it and learn more about the movie and of course them.
I know there are going to be a lot fun posts, posts that will show you celebrities, my thoughts on the movies, and of course talking all about the excursion to Disneyland we will have. Be sure to check out Red Carpet Mama for new trailers, photos, and lots of fun movie themed stuff, as well as, Two Traveling Moms for the Disneyland fun. I am so excited and honored to be a part of this trip. I have my dress and my shoes…now here’s to hoping I can make it without falling down the red carpet.
Post coming soon on the full itinerary and I will be asking your opinions on quite a few things between now and the trip. I am hoping to “bump” into Chris Hemsworth, Anthony Hopkins, Natalie Portman…you never know!! Did I mention just how thrilled I am? Because I am, literally, so beside myself right now. I admit to being a total Marvel Fan Girl so this is just what the doctor ordered 🙂

I am a huge Thor fan. I may or may not have a Thor t-shirt in my closet and a Thor Pez dispenser in my desk drawer. And a Marvel/Thor background on this laptop.
I would drool to go to this opening but will have to watch from afar. I look forward to seeing your pictures, and have fun!!
