When you have that perfect dress you just exude confidence. I felt like one of the stars of Thor: The Dark World when I walked the red carpet a few weeks ago, thanks to Simply Dresses. As my dress sponsor for the event I had the opportunity to pick out a dress that would be my red carpet attire. They offer such a HUGE selection, it was definitely no easy task narrowing it down to three. Once I had my three favorites picked out, I sent them over.
I was very excited to find out I was going to be wearing Strapless Sequin High Low Dress by Hailey Logan.
I just knew this would be perfect for the red carpet of Thor: The Dark World, because Thor wears a cape and the high low part of the dress just made me think cape. I did order a few sizes up because I was so afraid it would be too small and I would not have time to get another one. I would rather have to have it altered than risk not getting another size in time. When the dress came and I tried it on….it fit like a glove! I am not kidding when I say perfection….well you see how it fits in the photos, seriously perfection!
Both my friend Mellisa from MomLuck and I donned dresses from Simply Dresses and got so many compliments. While I did have to hold my “train” up while walking the red carpet, so it wouldn’t get stepped on, I did let it down when we were inside. I felt so glamorous, the sequins glittered in the bright lights and the train added a touch of elegance. It was such a fun and classy dress, perfect for my trip down the red carpet. Even Debby Ryan loved it! When I went to take a photo with her, she looked down and said “Oh, I LOVE your dress”. See celebrities and I have great taste!
