Summer is here and that means much more time spent outdoors. One thing I really want to do is turn my backyard into my dream oasis. Right now it’s not where I want it and there is much work to do but we are still waiting for the military to finish the fence so we know what we are going to have to work around. That doesn’t mean I don’t want to have my ideas ready to go.
Thanks to Sears I am able to map out the look I want for my backyard oasis so when the time comes I can get to work and get my look. Here are some items I am eyeing on Sears.Com that would turn my backyard into the perfect escape:
First on my list is the Gazebo Penguin 12’x14′ Four Season Gazebo. This gazebo (top left in photo) just screams bring the friends over to visit and hang out. You can stay out of direct sunlight and if bugs come out of hiding you can close the screening to enjoy time with friends and family.
Next I would love the item that is the middle right, the Corona Outdoor Rattan 7 Piece Set. I would love that as a sitting area under the gazebo. You could come out in the evenings to watch the sunset, the view is gorgeous in my backyard and enjoy a cup of sweet tea while sharing memories with loved ones. I love the modern look of this!
On the top right I would love to have the Fair Oaks 7pc Dining Set. I would want this outside of the gazebo it would be a place to sit and enjoy a meal while visiting with family. Those days, during summer, when grilling out is the dinner plan it would be so nice to just bring everything outside and enjoy a beautiful day in the company of family.
While those would be the main focus of I would want to add some fun and soothing touches such as the Classic Rocky Outdoor/Indoor Fountain, the DMC Lexington 20 inch Square Planter, and the Garden Oasis Solar Owl. These 3 fun touches would add a bit of fun to the look of my dream oasis. I love listening to water run, the planters would hold beautiful flowers, and the owl is a fun whimsical way to add light to your area when then sun goes down.
So that is definitely what would start off my backyard transformation, hopefully I can start on it sooner rather than later.
