Living in Florida and very near to the beach definitely has it’s perks. We have sand for building sand castles, water for swimming and the beauty of watching the sunset from the snow white sandy shore. There is very little to complain about when it comes to living on the coast. Most of our summer days are spent at the beach or local waterpark. The smiles on my kids faces are what make it fun for me as the parent, not to mention I love to get right on the slides with them (and in the ocean as long as it’s clear).
My kids are definitely water babies but sometimes during the summer months the hours spent in the water can cause my kids to get earaches. They’ve never gotten an infection from swimming but the water in their ears have definitely made for some less than comfortable moments. When I was introduced to Similasan’s Ear Relief I was anxious to try it on my daughter who had been complaining of an earache after a day at the beach, the day before. That evening when we went to bed and as she got comfortable I dropped 4 drops into her ear . It worked best to have her lay down on the side that didn’t hurt while I administered the drops. They definitely did their job because she slept as sound as she had a few nights before.
The Earache Relief is definitely a product I am glad to have on hand for summer months when my kids seem to get plagued by earaches after having fun and we definitely don’t want that downer. Another thing that makes me glad to use Similasan’s brand is because the products are natural, homeopathic remedies that provide symptomatic relief. I definitely prefer to use natural products when possible. Next time you or your child has an earache why not try Similasan’s brand, it worked great for us. Keep up with Similasan on their facebook and twitter to see the latest news.
Did you know- Similasan Ear Relief was the #1 Pharmacist Recommended ear drop formula for the 10th year in a row!

Earaches are so very painful for children. I’m glad there is something like this to help!
Ouch! I’ll have to remember this for some relief for my daughter next time she gets and earache.
Sounds great!
I keep Similasan earache relief and toothache relief in my medicine cabinet, just in case. Knock on wood… my son has never had an earache. But I had chronic ear infections as s child, so I just always wanted to have something on hand just in case.
Earaches are a big problem here, because my son has sensitive ears.
Yikes… haven’t had too many ear issues…. yet. :Knocking on Wood:
Good to know there’s a natural remedy should we need it.
