Being a mom I want to make sure my kids are getting what they need when it comes to nutrition. Somedays I plan it out so they are eating healthy and getting all the nutrients they need through meals and snacks. Other days it is harder for me because we are on the go and need something quick. If I haven’t pre cut up the apples, bagged the carrots I may not have time when I am running out the door. I can either grab them a snack cake, chips but I would rather them have something that is going to give them vitamins and nutrients. Bring in the Boost Kid Essentials.
I have been a huge fan of Boost for my kids for years now. It’s a great way to give them a quick snack on the run or extra nutrition when they may not like each thing on the dinner table. We do have a rule of “you have to eat at least one bite of each thing” but after that one bite sometimes they still don’t want to down those veggies. I will add a Boost Kid Essentials to their dinner and they are getting 24 essential vitamins and minerals, and 7 grams of protein added. Not to mention, according to the site, Boost Kid Essentials is high fructose corn syrup and gluten free. So my kids can get a tasty treat with their meal or as their snack and I don’t have to feel guilty about it.
Boost Kid Essentials has a little something going on called “Share Your Story”. They want to hear how Boost Kid Essentials has helped meet your childs need. Over the next few weeks they will also be featuring 3 different families stories on how Boost Kid Essentials came to be a part of their lives. The first family featured is the Bruelle family. Having a son named Van, who is on the smaller side, they want to be sure he is getting the nutrition he needs to grow. Check out their story:
Over the next few weeks I will be sharing with you more on kids eating AKA my challenges with my picky eaters as well as the other families featured in the Share Your Story campaign. So please stay tuned. Also on June 20 I will be chatting live on Boost Kid Essentials Facebook Page at 10 a.m. CST. Mark your calendars because I would love your support!

My kids don’t take in enough calories.
I worry about my daughter getting enough iron
I fear that they aren’t getting all the nutrients and vitamins they need through the foods they eat. I wish I was more knowledgable about the different food groups and what they provide for your body so that I could be sure they were getting everything they needed.
I feel that my son may not be getting enough calcium, He use to love to drink milk before but not anymore. He plays soccer and runs around the field.
I worry that they aren’t getting enough vitamins
I worry about making sure they are learning mindful, healthy eating … I try to talk about what is healthy, what is nutritious with them.
my grandaughter hardly eats at all……..i worry she dont get the nutrition she needs
they don’t eat enough vegetables
I worry that my daughter does not get enough vitamins as she eats so few kinds of vegetables and I have tried everything I can think of to get her to eat them, even disguising them.
