Today I am not talking about things you do on your blog or on your twitter but I am talking about:

There are two types of anonymous comment people.
A) The ones who are pretty much doing it to either enter a contest or who have something worthwhile to say and they just don’t have a website but they are a reader of your blog. These people 99% of the time leave their name in with their comment.
OR
B) Joe Jerk or Sally Stupid who are basically big fat (okay so maybe they are thin but you get my point) sissies. They try to make themselves feel like Mr. or Miss Big in the britches bad a$$ when really they are nothing. Real bad a$$es take credit for their jerkiness. These types always seem to “forget” leaving their name. *note the color doesn’t it remind you of a certain grossness your body expells, it’s what anon comment peeps are…pieces of, well you get my drift.
Basically anonymous comment peeps who aren’t entering your contests or leaving their name in the comment (real, not the SeemoreButts names) are the scum of the blog world. They have to hide behind a computer screen because they don’t have big enough

to leave the comment with their real names.
Well let me rephrase that, they don’t leave their real name if they are leaving a rude, jerk off comment but the ones that are being nice and just don’t have web pages usually leave their name even if they have to do it as anonymous. Wonder why that is. Oh yeah because the ones who leave hateful and nasty comments are COWARDS.
Sissified, no life, trash talking behind a computer screen because I feel man (or woman) enough when I do it that way, cowards.
Yep rude nasty comments left by anonymous people are not even in the least bit effective, meaning you won’t get me (or any other blogger) upset but I do like to banter back and forth so sometimes I approve them just to have fun. Here are my thoughts (not that you asked for them but this is my blogtiquette lesson so you are getting them).

Hate, Trash talking and rude comments don’t bother me ever, they just give me page views and make me laugh so keep them coming. However just think the whole time you are leaving a comment without your name remember what myself and EVERY blogger is thinking:
Yep even those you worship think anonymous emails and comments are cowardly. Take credit for your stuff. You will gain more respect that way. Another point is really why do people feel the need to leave hateful comments to begin with….oh wait that’s right it’s because you are jealous of the bloggers page you are anonymously commenting on.
So, obviously to all you out there in blog land, I am not jealous of a one of you because I have never and will never leave a hate comment (anonymously or non anonymously). So there you go. I respect EVERY single blogger out there (aside from the cowards we are teaching about here) and have never ever left a comment that was rude or hateful and I never will. It’s not worth my time.
So to all you sissy freaks, get a life and if you can’t at least take credit for your rude “trying to be big stuff” smack talk. Until then I guess Here at A Daily Dose

Blogtiquette Lesson 3: Thou Shalt Not Be a Coward
*Don’t forget to go vote for me over at the Blog Luxe Awards as your favorite guilty pleasure blog.
Have a wonderful day and take credit for your comments! And in case you missed them here are Lesson 1 and Lesson 2.
What are your thoughts on hate comments by anonymous people and what do you want my next blogtiquette lesson to be on?

Concur. I've never had the "joy" of having anon comments like this … though I might be just asking for it now. I've seen it though, and it just makes me shake my head. Grow some balls.

Well written Toni! I could not agree with you more! I adore how you colour coded it. 😉

You seem upset?
LOL Anonymous, you are not correct, I am not in the least bit upset I am actually laughing as I write this post. It's called having fun 🙂
Thanks for not leaving your name though it made me giggle considering the topic of the post.
I'm laughing at anonymous here. Right on cue. LOL
Great post Toni and so true!
I love this! I actually have had an anonymous commenter who talks crap on my blog. I will definitely reference your post about this!
Goodness, I'm such a peace keeper type personality. My first response is all calm and soothing like "I'm so sorry to hear that negative comments have been left." And then I laugh at myself because this is not what this if for. It is a bit tongue in cheek and but also informative.
Honestly, I agree. I think anonymous posters need that shield because they are jealous and they are unable to stand behind what they say. It's too bad people can't take account for their actions or words.
Now I'm going to go and read the other two lessons. Thanks Toni!
LMAO…that anonymous comment left here was hysterical…"You seem upset?"
On a serious note though..I couldn't agree more!
No kidding huh? If you're gonna be rude at least have the balls to step up and leave your name 🙂
Really? These people have to have no life. Who has the time to be that much of a jerk?
Great post. You are hilarious. My blog has not be graced with the presence of a rude anonymous commenter yet, but I am waiting for the day. I know it is coming.
Well I am fairly new to the blogging world and I have not had any annonymous comments but I did like how you did your post. It was very creative. Thanks for the lesson. I would not ever leave a nasty comment though because I have been taught "if you can't say something nice then don't say anything at all."
Well done and well said!
Great post. Thanks for the smile.
I have never understood why people do this! Anonymous is so pointless. If you are going to say something say it proudly!
I WISH someone found me that interesting to do this to me! It's obvious that the anons continue to stick around and follow you, girl. It's an honor.
Very well written, Toni! I've never understood those that take the time to leave a comment, only to do it anonymously…it's definitely a cowardly act. It's great you take it in stride, though! 😉
I have heard of this, but fortunately I am not interesting or controversial enough for anyone to leave an anonymous nasty comment (well yet, at least!).
I’m with Jennifer-Eighty. I just haven’t written anything that has sparked any sizzle yet. Maybe I should….
.-= Aubien´s last blog ..Second fiddle … =-.
Have to agree with wondering how these people can have the free time to pursue anon posting. Guess they don’t have a real or a virtual life.
Allowing people to be anonymous brings out the bully, people acting out in ways they never would if their identity were clear. Wish that everyone was visible and accountable for where they go, what they view, and especially what they post. I like the idea of that, but suspect that it drifts too far into the idea of post office somehow getting fees for each email sent.
