I absolutely LOVE avocados. It’s one of my favorite foods and no matter how much I eat it, I never tire of it. Recently, I joined the Avocados from Mexico community and I am so excited to learn all the different recipes I will be able to use Avocado’s in.
One of my favorite summertime recipes is my Avocado Salad, it’s simple refreshing and perfect for those busy summer days. Most of the time I eat my avocado like that or just plan with a little Tony C’s. However, I would love to get a little more creative with my avocado. That’s where the Avocados From Mexico Community comes in. I am already scouring the site for this Avocado Mac and Cheese recipe..
Doesn’t that look delish! Until I find it, I fully intend on making the Witches Fingers! As you can see in the photo below, once you have found the recipe there are so many options to share (twitter, fb, pin), but you can also save it your favorites so you don’t have to go looking around for it when you decide it’s finally time to make it! *Yes I blurred the ingredients and instructions out, so you need to go on over to find the recipe for yourself. Since it’s not my recipe but another persons I didn’t want to post the full thing here without permission**
You also have the option to print right from the screen, or share the link on your social networks using the share button. I always love to share a good recipe with friends and this definitely makes it easy! When you find that recipe you love in the community, you can add the ingredients to a virtual shopping list ready to go for your next shopping trip.
Be sure to check out their video section for lots of informations, tips, and recipes as well. Who wouldn’t love to try Avocado Hot Chocolate, I know I would! Avocados From Mexico also has a blog! Being a blogger I love reading blogs, so I am definitely adding their blog to my reader! All of these are great ways to get inspired to experiment with avocados and they are so easily accessible in this community. It’s no fun to be boring in the kitchen…am I right??!!

I just started using avocados recently, I never really cared for them before. So far I enjoy it on burgers, in dips and and on tacos!
I love everything about avocados! I really like using them a cream “sauce” with pasta.

Good ole fashion guacamole, a huge bowl. That\’s one of my favorite ways to eat avocados. That or just by themselves.
