Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week is approaching us and while I got some great invites to some of the different shows, it just wasn’t in the cards. However, that doesn’t mean I won’t be keeping up with all things fashion going on in the Big Apple. It’s FASHION, of course I am going to keep up with the new lines to see what I want, what I would pass on, and all the things these designers have been working hard just to unveil here.
I am hoping no one is wondering what this is but just in case you have been hiding under a rock I’ll tell you. Mercedes-Benz Fashion week is a fashion event like no other. Recognized globally it’s home is in New York. Every February and September designers showcase their new lines for the upcoming season. This week coming up will showcase Spring 2012 designs from worldwide designers. Along with the title sponsor (Mercedes-Benz) the event has other sponsors such as Maybelline New York, TRESemmé, DHL, American Express®, W Hotels Worldwide, Fiber One® Bars, ideeli, FIJI Water and AriZona Beverages.
The dates are September 8-15…that’s just two days! You can find the following designers lines making their appearance this year:
