**I participated in an Influencer Activation on behalf of Influence Central for Doctor On Demand. I received a free trial coupon code to facilitate my review as well as a promotional item to thank me for my participation.**
There is nothing fun about health issues and probably the least fun thing is dragging yourself to a doctors office when you are under the weather. What if I told you I had the solution to that not so fun scenario? Because I do and it’s called Doctor On Demand.
Because I have been having some very serious sleep issues that past few years, I decided this is what I would chat with my doctor about. So, I headed over to the website and signed up. Unfortunately, my microphone would not play nice on my laptop, but thankfully they have an app! So I downloaded Doctor on Demand on both my iPad and iPhone and signed in.
After creating my account, I went through questions to help the doctor get to know my issue as well as my current health and medications so that they could assist me better. I even got to pick my pharmacy in case I was in need of a prescription. After signing up, inputting my payment information, and putting in my code for a first free visit, it was time to meet with the doctor. I was in the “waiting room” and in less than 3 minutes I was face to face with my doctor. I can assure you that I do not get in to see a doctor in under 20 minutes when I go to one of the offices here, so that was a nice surprise
After letting him know I was blogging my appointment, we got down to discussing my sleep issues. He asked questions and listed intently while I answered and told him what was going on. Now, what I LOVED about the doctor I got paired with is he suggested natural alternatives from the very beginning! A lot of doctors now days are easy to jump on the prescription bandwagon and it was so refreshing that he gave me natural alternatives. That being said, he did call in a prescription for a sleep aide just in case none of the natural alternatives worked.
I was very impressed with the Doctor on Demand service and love that this is an option. Doctor on Demand offers medical doctors and physicians, psychologists, and even lactation consultants. The price is $40 for a 15-minute medial and pediatrics visit or $50 for a 25-minute Psychologist session. However, just for my readers, I have a coupon code so you can get your first visit FREE! Use the code STOP15 to get your first free visit and try out Doctor on Demand. Please note, you will have to input a payment method, but the visit will be free.
Doctor on Demand is definitely a service I love and will continue to use. How would using Doctor on Demand benefit you?
