I know you, I walked with you once upon a dream! But this is no dream. In 11 days, I will be hopping aboard a plane (hopefully with wifi, there is no worse torture for a blogger than a plane with no wifi) and heading to one of my favorite cities…LA. There has yet to be an adventure that combines LA and Disney that I haven’t loved, and I have no doubt this one will be the same.
I will be heading, with 24 other bloggers, to screen two upcoming Disney movies that I am sure are going to be big hits…Maleficent and Planes: Fire and Rescue.
While I don’t have an official itenirary yet, it is coming soon. What I can tell you is that I am going to have the chance to talk with the cast from Maleficent, Julie Bowen who voices Dipper in Planes: Fire and Rescue, attend a drawing demonstration with animators and get a chance to voice a character from the film in a recording booth! I will also attend an exclusive Disney Consumer Products and Disney Store product presentation and tour at Disney’s Glendale Creative Campus to learn all about the new product lines for both films! Be still my heart…I may need to bring my wallet along on this trip…the Disney Store is sure to add a little extra weight to my luggage!
While there I will be staying at the Universal Sheraton Hotel, and having stayed there for the Iron Man 3 premiere, I am really looking forward to going back. I will have a lot more information in the coming weeks about all I experience, and of course my thoughts on both movies . I have been counting down the days to both movies. While I gear up for the trip, I am coming up with some questions to ask the people we interview from both movies. I’ve seen a lot of hubbub lately regarding this movie and I will say it’s well deserved hubbub indeed! I’m SUPER excited for the release of this movie and I can’t wait to go see it in theaters. How exciting that you get to go back to LA for another great movie premier 🙂

Our household is excited to see Planes. My boys loved the first one because of Dusty being a crop duster (something we can relate to on the farm) and this has left a passion for any and all Planes movies.

There has bee so much promotion for Maleficent lately, I see it everywhere I go on the internet; honestly I wasn’t a big fan of planes.
