Easy, Cheap and Delicious Party Dish - Stuffed Jalapeños

Delicious, easy and cheap appetizer for any function with just four ingredients.

  • 20 whole Jalapeños
  • 20 thin slices of bacon
  • 16 ounces Jimmy Dean Sausage original, mild, or hot depending on your taste
  • 8 ounces Philadelphia Original Cream Cheese


  1. cut of stem of jalapeños
  2. Slice the jalapeños in halves
  3. remove seeds and membranes of the jalapeños
  4. fully cook sausage
  5. mix cream cheese in with the sausage
  6. make sure it is evenly blended
  7. remove from heat
  8. stuff each jalapeño half
  9. cut the bacon in half
  10. top each stuffed jalapeño with a half bacon slice
  11. preheat oven to 400 degrees
  12. cook until bacon is crispy

Recipe Notes

If bacon is not getting crispy to your standards try and put the oven on broil and watch carefully til crispy.

You can also cook on the grill. Instead of using half bacon slices use a thin whole bacon slice and wrap the stuffed jalapeño half and secure the bacon with toothpicks on both ends. cook until bacon is crispy to your standards.
