As I am sure you all noticed or saw my tweets yesterday all of the sudden my site was suspended..or account rather with my hosting company JustHost. No warning or anything, just an email saying that they suspended my site saying I used too much CPU on their servers which in my honest opinion is not at all possible.
There are others who get much more traffic and have much bigger blogs than I do that don’t use anywhere near the 10% per whatever allowed. I was very upset as I am sure anyone who puts so much time into something and pays for a server to keep your site up. This was basically the straw that broke the camels back.
I had decided to go self hosted wordpress and went with JustHost on 9/1/09 and since i went with them less than 2 months ago my site has been down 3 times!! And that was not just down for a minute and then back up every time they were down for at least half a day but twice out of the 3 they were down for full days. Every time they would never give me an explanation as to why this happened until after hours and hours of the run around and the customer service was not helpful at all. I remember one of the times it was literally down all day every time I would email them or call they would say it will be up within the hour.
So I will be switching hosters and that means my site will be down but hopefully not for long. I went with JustHost because in most of the web host comparison sites they were ranked very good and had top customer support. I can assure you for myself this was not the case. I have learned just because a company is ranked high does not mean they should be. I hope that they take better care of their other customers in the future. Now let’s hope Fat Cow does me right…
*I hope others have had a better experience and this is my personal opinion, I feel that since I spent the money on it I am entitled to share my thoughts and what happened to me.

I’m revamping my site again. I know know to tell everyone to stay away.
I use Dreamhost it’s $10 a month and Luanda, my server. She does me right. Never had a problem with her.
