  2. Melt butter and add to the crushed graham crackers. Coat 9x13 baking dish with non-stick spray and press the crumbly graham cracker and butter crumb mixture evenly into the bottom of the dish.
  3. Pour the sweetened condensed milk evenly over the graham cracker mixture.

Recipe Notes

Great for other holidays like Christmas (using the red/white/green M&Ms), Halloween (using Reese's Pieces), Easter (using Pastel M&Ms). You can also add nuts if you like. Add or take away some of the white chips and M&Ms. It's a very versatile recipe that you can truly adjust to your liking.

M&M Coconut Bars 2

While these are Valentine’s Day themed due to the fun pink, red and white M&M’s, you could switch it up for holidays like Christmas using the red/green M&M’s, Easter with the Pastel M&M’s or Halloween using Reese’s Pieces. This treat is so versatile and you can have lots of fun putting so many different goodies into it.

I would love to know if you try this recipe, how you liked it. Really, though, it’s tough to go wrong with coconut and chocolate!

I made something similar to this the other day, minus the white chocolate, and it was good. Next time, I’ll add in some white chocolate to see how it’ll taste. Thanks!

These sound so yummy and delicious. They are cute too with the pink and red M&M’s. I want some. …lol
    Thank you for the recipe.

These are very similar to the classic 7 layer bars that I loved as a child. No nuts and M & Ms instead of chocolate chips is the basic difference as far as I can see. I love that the star is coconut, mmm!
