It’s All About Customer Service With Global Response

There are things in life that make me cringe and one of those things is bad customer service. Whether in store or on the phone it dampens my view of a company when I have a sour customer service experience. On the other hand when I have a good or great customer service experience it makes me respect the company or brand so much more. Whether I am dealing with a local owned small company or companies that aren’t so small like JCPenny, Crate & Barrell, and Toyota I want to walk away feeling like they understood my needs and met them. Sometimes that customer service is in store and other times it’s through the phone through the contact center. Cue Global Response.

Global Response is a company that has customer service specialists for brands working in their contact centers. The specialists at Global Response provide customer care, technical support, order management and much more for above mentioned brands (and many other brands). They provide customer service that we would expect from the brand themselves. Wanting to satisfy the customers, the specialists, treat the customers (you and me) in a professional, courtesy manner while doing what they can to meet the need about which you are calling. Taking the time to learn about the brand they are representing, Global Response does what they can to make sure you are happy at the end of your call (or email). So while you may not be able to get to the actual store to take care of an issue, you will be able to talk to a professional and deal with whatever issue you might have.
