Happy Happy Monday and a toddler soap opera….

Good Monday Morning to all my favorite readers ๐Ÿ™‚ I sit here this Monday morning in deep thoughts while snacking on Tabouli and crackers.
This weekend I was a cleaning machine and this morning I feel so accomplished. My how a clean house if even for just a day makes you feel refreshed. This morning as I took my son to school, we were putting his backpack in place and he goes “Look mom that’s *M” I responded with “That’s Miss M…Is she your friend, do you play with her?” His response to me “Yes (long pause)….M’s my girl?”
UM WHAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am truly hoping that my girl is just another way of saying my friend because what in the heavens does my five year old know about “my girl”. Well I can say for one thing little Miss M better not be telling him she is his girl or I will have to sit little Miss M down and have a talk with her and see what her future plans entail. Is it a prestigous elementary you plan on attending, do you plan to get all “E’s”? What will your lunch consist of? These are important questions a mother needs answers too before Miss M can be my son’s girl. Ahh nothing better than Loves of the Young Toddlers, these are the best Days of Their Lives.
Deep thought for the day:

Hi, Iโ€™m Toni โ€” a mom of three, psych major, Gulf Coast girly, and full-time collector of life plot twists. Iโ€™m currently navigating mid-life with caffeine, humor, and the kind of chaos that deserves its own sitcom. Between college meltdowns, Disney escapism (hey adulting is hard and Mickey doesn't judge), family adventures, and whatever fresh nonsense life throws at me, Iโ€™m documenting it all with honesty, sass, and zero attempts at pretending I have it together. Welcome to A Daily Dose of Toni โ€” the chaos era, but make it cozy.
