Friday Favorites: Music Decade

Friday Favorites

Welcome to A Daily Dose of Toni Home Of The Original Friday Favorites Vlog Hop!

It’s January 25, 2013 and it’s time for the Friday Favorites vlog hop.  I am so excited you all decided to join in, this is such a great way to jump into vlogging so you can get comfortable on camera! If you don’t have a blog you can still join in by recording a video to your personal YouTube and linking it up below!

This weeks topic is your favorite music decade.  I am such a music lover so there really aren’t many music decades I can’t find something I like in.  However, there are two music decades that I have the most of on my song lists.  What are those decades?  Go ahead and watch so you can find out, I’ll wait and be right here when you get done.

So there you have it, I fully admit to loving those decades!  I gaurantee you will find me tapping my foot, if not full fledged dancing when my favorite groups come on from those decades.  No I didn’t include my own, I figured that’s a given LOL.  Now it’s your turn, link your #FridayFavorites up in the linky below!  I can’t wait to hear all about the music decades you love!

Oh, one more thing!  Be sure to tweet this, so others can join in the fun too:
Join @ToniPatton for #fridayfavorites We’re talking favorite music decades! Vlog it, write it, or just comment!

A bit more information for those joining in:

  • Link up the current weeks topic ONLY. Don’t do a general site/channel link please.
  • Videos can be as long or as short as you would like.
  • Be sure to mention your blog url in your video.  That way if someone sees it on youtube they know where to find you.
  • I would really love if you would link to me (A Daily Dose of Toni) in your post each week.
  • This is a GREAT way to get into vlogging if you are a bit scared of it.  Before you know it, you will be gabbing away all the time.
  • If you really, really don’t want to do a video you can leave your answers in the comments or write up a post and link it up like you would your post with vlog.  But I am here to tell you by the end of 2013 YOU ALL WILL be vlogging LOL.

NOTE: If you link up, make sure you comment on fellow participants. It’s quite polite to do so.

Don’t forget I also do Talking With Toni and you can have some fun joining in that as well.  It’s not an official vlog hop but I usually do ask questions in it and would love to have some video responses!  Now get ready for next weeks Friday Favorites!  Next week’s topic is, Favorite Lipstick. I love makeup so I am so excited for this one! See you right back here next Friday where we will learn about  some of your favorite things!

  1. 1

I’m a total music lover. My favorite decades would probably be the 60s and 80s. 🙂

  2. 2

So funny we picked the same decades, but our music choice is SO different!

  3. 3

This is SOOO Hard because I love music from every era but my favorite would be early 90’s 🙂

  4. 4

I have such a hard time deciding what music decade I really like. The 80s is high on the list though.

  5. 5

The 80s and 90s are hands down the best music decades 🙂 I picked the 80s also! You guys are gonna have a blast at the concert in June!

  6. 6

The 90’s were my favorite musical decade – Oh how I miss grunge!

  7. 7

You crack me up with your boy band love, I never did get into the boy band thing, love the 80’s too!

  8. 8

I love music too and have a TON on my iPod. I use to try to download every song but now I just download the actual tracks I like. This saves me from skiping songs on my iPod.

  9. 9

I would say the 90’s, the day of grunge.

  10. 10

I really like today’s music, but I like pretty much every decade from the 60s and on.

  11. 11

I would say 90’s … like Jenn I miss Grunge. The music not the dirty hair…lol.

  12. 12

    I would say I love 80s and 90s music.
